We are leading the open-source initiative to define the Agent Metadata Specification, ensuring every enterprise agent is discoverable, governed, and interoperable

Today, an AI Agent in Microsoft Copilot looks completely different from an Agent in ServiceNow. They speak different languages. This makes discovery impossible and governance a nightmare.

We are standardizing the ‘Digital DNA’ of agents. Our open-source specification defines the universal schema for:

Identity: What are the descriptive details including name, version, ownership, etc.
Knowledge Sources: What data sets, documents, vector stores, or unstructured data does this agent memorize?
Agent Skills (Tools & Actions): What “hands” does the agent have? (e.g., capability to write SQL, execute Python code, or trigger external API webhooks)
Business Context: Which Business Applications (e.g., SAP, Salesforce) and critical Processes (e.g., Hiring) does this agent support?
Risk Profile: A holistic view of the agent’s safety, combining vulnerability scores (like OWASP), regulatory compliance status, and alignment with governance policies
