Tavro AI Agent For Collibra Adoption Assessment Highlights Areas for Improvement with Round-Tripping of Next Best Actions Back into Collibra

Collibra Adoption
As with any program, adoption is front-and-center with any data governance team that has completed the initial phase of implementation and rollout. Collibra platform owners are always interested in driving further adoption to support continued investment in their programs.

There are three core challenge areas for adoption:

  1. Change management resistance: Business and technical users often struggle to adapt new governance workflows. These may stem from unclear roles, legacy practices, or lack of visible benefits.
  2. Manual effort slowing operationalization: Without automation, Collibra onboarding (and also operations) can become labor intensive.
  3. Lack of cross-functional accountability: Data Governance (and AI governance in the future) should be a shared business-IT priority, without which Collibra capabilities remain underutilized.

Tavro AI Agent for Collibra Adoption Assessment
The Tavro AI agent uses a combination of sentiment, qualitative, and quantitative analysis to assess the current state of adoption, identify potential gaps, and recommend an action plan. The Tavro AI Agent analyzes interview transcripts and Collibra usage statistics to generate a comprehensive report, including an action plan.

In this example, we interviewed the Collibra owner at a Regional Bank. The data governance program covered Commercial Banking, Finance, and Risk Management.

As a first step, we invoked a custom Collibra Adoption Agent Workflow.

We then entered the appropriate information including interview transcripts into the Collibra Adoption Agent Intake Form.

The workflow invokes the Tavro AI Agent for Collibra Adoption endpoint, which generates a PDF with the summary assessment.

The PDF is now downloadable and viewable.

The report has the following table of contents:

  1. Executive Summary
  2. Collibra Adoption by Domain
  3. Collibra Adoption by Dimension (e.g., usage, asset ingestion, value realization, etc.)
  4. Next Best Actions by Domain

The Tavro AI Agent then round-trips the findings back into Collibra. For example, the Next Best Actions are cataloged as issues by domain in Collibra.
