Atlan AI Governance Implementation at Fortune 500 Company
Our sister firm, YDC completed a successful AI Governance implementation of Atlan at a Fortune 500 company. Given the client’s project constraints, the first phase of the AI Governance project needed to be completed in 30 days including AI Use Cases, an intake process, and the operating model. 

Post-Implementation Success Criteria
At the end of the project, there were some critical questions that needed to be answered:

  1. Did the Atlan implementation improve the customer’s AI Governance Maturity?
  2. Were there tangible measurement criteria to support any improvements in maturity?
  3. Were there any suggested areas of improvement?

The Tavro Agent used a readout from the project lead as the primary source for the report. The Tavro team developed a report with the following table contents:

As shown in the figure above, the client’s AI Governance Maturity improved from 1.62 to 2.62 over 30 days. The AI Governance Maturity Assessment was based on my AI Governance book. We could have plugged in other frameworks, if necessary.

Tavro Agent Generated Account Status Report in a Matter of Hours
This report is an excellent mechanism to enable the client and the Atlan account teams to align on next steps on the project. Based on previous experience, a similar report would have taken several weeks to produce. Using the Tavro agent, this report was produced in a matter of hours.
