The Business Harness for Enterprise AI

More than half of AI projects
never deliver value.

Tavro connects every AI use case, agent, and model to the business process it serves, keeps it within your guardrails, and measures the value it returns. Hands-on services put it to work from day one. No stalled pilots. Measurable outcomes.

of AI projects will be abandoned before they prove value — a problem Tavro is built to solve.

Tavro is a business harness: a three-layer platform that anchors AI to the processes it serves. AI is applied at a process step, governed by the guardrails attached to that process, and its value flows back to the process as measurable outcomes.

Business Context

A digital twin of your company, modeled as a connected graph. Strategy, processes, applications, integrations, organization, and risks are linked, so every AI decision can be traced to the part of the business it touches.

Strategy & Objectives
The goals, priorities, and KPIs that AI investment has to serve.
Processes & Organization
Value streams, business processes, teams, and the people who own them.
Applications & Integrations
Systems of record, data flows, and the integrations that connect them.
Risks, Policies & Obligations
Enterprise risks, policies, and regulatory requirements, attached to each process.

A Connected Business Graph
Strategy, processes, applications, and risks in one graph, built at the start rather than after months of discovery.
🧬
Lineage for Every AI Asset
Trace any use case, model, or agent to the data, processes, and controls it depends on and affects.
⚖️
Built-in AI Risk Management
Guardrails are set per process, inherited by every agent, and proven in the outcomes.

Value You Can Prove
Value flows back to the process it was applied to, measured in time, cost, quality, and revenue.

Services that put the platform to work.

Three engagements, one path to production. Each one fills in a layer of the platform, so every deliverable lives there rather than in a deck that ages out the moment the engagement ends.

Answers that build on each other.

Leaders ask different questions about AI at each stage of adoption. Tavro answers them on one connected platform, so every answer adds to the context behind the next.

Layer 1
Business Context
“How does our business actually work, and where can AI make the biggest difference?”
What Tavro does
Builds a digital twin of your company as a connected graph, live from the first engagement.
How
  • Maps strategy, processes, applications, integrations, and organization
  • Attaches risks, policies, and regulatory obligations to each process
  • Links AI opportunities to the objectives and processes they would change
Layer 2
AI Estate
“What AI is running in our business, what does it depend on, and how risky is it?”
What Tavro does
Keeps a governed inventory of every AI use case, model, and agent, with full lineage.
How
  • Registers AI as it is built, and discovers shadow AI in third-party apps
  • Traces each asset to the data, applications, and tools it depends on
  • Applies inherited guardrails and a risk tier to every asset
Layer 3
Business Outcomes
“Is our AI paying off, and can we prove it is safe and compliant?”
What Tavro does
Measures the value AI delivers and proves it stays within your guardrails.
How
  • Tracks realized value, cost, performance, and drift for each use case
  • Shows guardrails enforced and policies followed, with compliance evidence on demand
  • Gives leaders the evidence to scale, fix, or retire AI investments

Context that compounds. Every engagement adds to the same graph, so each new initiative starts further ahead than the last.

Work that proves the model.

Eleven engagements, each starting from a question leaders actually ask and ending in a measurable result.

What is Tavro?
Tavro is a business harness for enterprise AI, built in three connected layers. Business Context is a digital twin of your company, with risks, policies, and obligations attached to each process. The AI Estate inventories your AI use cases, models, and agents, with their lineage and inherited guardrails. Business Outcomes measures both the value AI delivers and the risk it keeps contained. Hands-on services put the platform to work from the first engagement.
Where do we start?
Most clients start with the AI Adoption Workshop, a half-day remote or full-day in-person session. You leave with prioritized AI use cases tied to P&L value, a governed agent concept, and a 90-day roadmap, all captured in the platform.
How do your services relate to the platform?
Each engagement fills in a layer of the platform. The AI Adoption Workshop and the Strategy & Roadmap engagement build out your business context and AI use cases. The Agent Factory deploys agents into the AI Estate and tracks them against business outcomes. Everything we produce stays in the platform after the engagement ends.
How quickly can we get agents into production?
The Agent Factory takes approved workflows to live agents in a 12-week pod. Forward Deployed Engineers build on the cloud, data, and AI platforms you already run, and every agent goes live registered, governed, and monitored.
Which industries do you work with?
We focus on regulated industries, including banking, capital markets, insurance, energy and utilities, oil and gas, life sciences, healthcare, and higher education. The platform itself works for any organization adopting AI.
Can we deploy Tavro in our own environment?
Yes. Tavro supports private cloud and on-premises deployments for organizations with data residency or air-gap requirements.
Does Tavro integrate with the tools we already use?
Yes. Tavro brings its catalog, risk scores, and lifecycle data into ServiceNow, and works with Microsoft CoPilot and enterprise data sources through MCP. AI assistants can query your AI estate in plain language, for example to find every agent that accesses customer PII.
Which risk frameworks does Tavro support?
Risk assessments support EU AI Act risk tier classification and OWASP AIVSS scoring, and regulatory mappings cover frameworks such as Federal Reserve SR 26-2, HIPAA, NERC CIP, FERPA, and NCUA. Tavro provides the tooling for compliance, not legal advice.
What data does Tavro store about our AI?
Tavro stores metadata about each AI asset, such as its owner, purpose, tools, data connections, and risk classification. It does not store runtime outputs, prompts, or conversation data.

We make AI accountable to the business.

Tavro AI is an AI strategy and adoption company headquartered in Port St. Lucie, Florida. We were founded on a simple observation: enterprises aren't short on AI ideas. What they lack is a reliable way to tie each one to the business process it changes, govern it from the start, and prove the value it returns.

Our founders built and sold a data governance firm before starting Tavro. Along the way, they saw how much hard-won knowledge about a business gets rebuilt from scratch with every new initiative. Tavro pairs hands-on services with a platform that holds onto that context, so every engagement leaves behind governed, working agents and a model of the organization that keeps getting richer.

Built on your stack
Tavro works with the platforms you already run, from ServiceNow to Microsoft CoPilot.

Built by practitioners, not theorists.
